Assistant Coach Outdoor Track and Field -
Michigan Technological University
Michigan Technological University is seeking a qualified, highly motivated
graduate assistant candidate to assist with coaching, including among other
duties: supervising student-athletes, developing and implementing throwing
training programs, analysis of throwing technique, preparing student-athletes
for competition, etc. for two Division II intercollegiate sports Men's and
Women's Outdoor Track & Field competing in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate
Athletic Conference. A Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into the Michigan
Technological University graduate program are required. Qualified candidates
will preferably be willing to pursue being coaching and strength & conditioning
certified through a recognized certifying association. Compensation: tuition
waivers and a stipend.
